It was not easy to communicate with the claim handler as his English wasn't that good. The workshop/repair center took a very long time to order a spare part and they didn't keep me informed. Only after trying to contact me many times, they say the delay was caused by Roojai. When I threatened I would go to another repair center, suddenly the part came quickly. The repair took 5 days and when I picked up my car, the car didn't start. The repair center said that it was like that when I brough the car. What a stupid answer, my car was of course working when I brought it to the shop. I had to tow it to a Chevrolet repair center. They fixed the problem and told me that due to an electric overload, a circuit board was broken. This could only have happened in the repair center, but of course I can't claim that on them. So bad experience. I also feel that they didn't use the exact 100% colour match for respraying my bumper. It's a different color white.

Unfortunately the repair center didn't handle the extra work not directly related to the claimed accident which I was willing to get fixed and paid out of my pocket. Mainly due to the language barrier.
