Everything at this insurance works great for as an overall rate, the only thing that I would say is that when there is an accident and there is a video call, the representative should ask more questions to clarify everything during the accident specifically when there no third party involved. They still do a good job but when asking more questions you are helping the client in a moment of confusion and stress to handle the accident in the proper way. Still I think you this insurance and the people working do a great job. The insurance handles claims very well with the car shop and the car shop works well with too.
